Content Policy

This policy sets out what you may and may not create with Deutschtec, a service operated by Deutschtec GmbH. It is part of our Terms of Service (section 4). It applies to everything you send us — prompts, lyrics, scripts, edit instructions and uploaded images, video and audio — and to everything the service generates for you. You accept it once in the app before your first generation or upload.

1. Who may use Deutschtec

You must be at least 18 years old. The app asks you to confirm this before you first create or upload anything.

2. What is not allowed

You may not use Deutschtec to create, request, upload, edit or share:

• Sexual content or nudity of any kind, including partial nudity, sexualised poses, and explicit or suggestive images, video, audio or text.
• Anything involving minors in a sexual, suggestive or exploitative way. There are no exceptions, including for art, fiction or “fantasy” framing.
• Non-consensual or intimate imagery and deepfakes — including putting a real person’s face or voice into content they did not agree to.
• Undressing or sexualising real people, including editing an uploaded photo to remove clothing or to make it sexual.
• Impersonation and scams — content meant to pass as someone else, or to deceive people for money, credentials or access.
• Harassment and hate — content that threatens, bullies or demeans people, or attacks them for who they are.
• Self-harm and graphic violence — content that promotes or instructs self-harm or suicide, and gore or graphic violence.
• Anything else that is illegal where you are or in Germany.

3. How we enforce it

Every prompt, uploaded image and generated image is checked automatically before anything is created or shown. A request that breaks this policy is refused and no credits are charged. Several refused requests in a short time pause creating on your account for a while and put it up for review. Serious or repeated breaches lead to suspension or closure of the account.

These checks are automated and can occasionally be wrong in either direction. If you think a request was refused by mistake, contact us through Support.

4. Reporting content

You can report any generated image, video, audio or answer, and any shared page, straight from the app: tap Report on the item and pick a reason. You don’t need to write anything. A reported item is hidden for you at once. An item reported as sexual or involving a minor is also withdrawn for everyone, including any public share link, until we have reviewed it.

We review reports within 48 hours, and reports about minors first. We then restore the item, remove it permanently, or remove it and suspend the account that created it.

5. Child safety

We report child sexual abuse material and attempts to create it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the competent law enforcement authorities, and we preserve the related account data as the law requires.

6. Changes

When this policy changes in a way that matters, the app asks you to read and accept the new version before you create again.
