Right of Withdrawal

This withdrawal policy applies to consumers who enter into a contract with Deutschtec GmbH via deutschtec.ai (the website).

Purchases in the apps: purchases completed through the Apple App Store or Google Play are contracts with the respective store operator. Their terms apply to those purchases, and cancellation and refunds are handled there. See our Refund Policy.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post, or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not obliged to.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance of the contract after you have

1. expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and
2. acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and
3. been provided by us with a confirmation of the contract.

In practice this means: credits are added to your account immediately after purchase and are usable from that moment. We therefore ask you expressly for the above consent and acknowledgement during checkout. If you have not yet used any credits, we refund the full amount. If you have already used credits, the right of withdrawal expires to that extent; we will refund the unused portion on request as a gesture of goodwill.

Your statutory rights, in particular your rights in respect of defects, remain unaffected.
