Referral Programme Terms

These terms govern the Deutschtec referral programme operated by Deutschtec GmbH, Am Fuchsbau 13, 15345 Petershagen/Eggersdorf, Germany. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. How it works

Every Deutschtec account has a personal referral code and an invitation link. If someone creates an account using your code:

• They receive a one-off amount of Deutschtec AI credits once their email address is verified.
• You receive a one-off amount of Deutschtec AI credits once their account qualifies (see section 2) and a holding period has passed.

2. You earn only from people you invite yourself

The programme pays one level, and one level only. If someone you invited later invites another person, they receive the reward for that invitation and you receive nothing from it. There are no team bonuses, no percentages of anyone else’s activity, no ranks, no levels and no rewards based on how many people are “below” you. There is no downline, because there is no structure to have one.

3. When a referral qualifies

A referral qualifies when the invited person has verified their email address and has genuinely used the service — either by completing a small number of AI generations using the credits they received, or by making a purchase. Simply entering a code, creating an account, or opening a link does not earn anything.

Rewards are then held for a short period before being credited, so that refunds, chargebacks and abuse checks can be completed first.

4. What the reward is — and is not

• Rewards are Deutschtec AI credits, usable for AI features in the product.
• They have no cash value, are not withdrawable, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
• They do not expire. Referral rewards are granted as wallet credits, and wallet credits have no expiry date.

The programme is not an income opportunity, an investment, a business opportunity, or a form of employment, and must not be described or promoted as one. Nothing here promises earnings of any kind.

5. No payment to take part

Participation is free. You do not need to buy credits, hold a subscription, pay a joining fee, or make any other payment in order to have a referral code or to earn a referral reward.

6. Limits

The number of rewarded referrals per account is capped per calendar month and per rolling twelve-month period. Current limits are shown on the referral screen in the app. We may adjust reward amounts and limits for future referrals; changes never reduce credits already granted.

7. What is not allowed

• Referring yourself, including through a second or duplicate account.
• Creating accounts you control, or paying or incentivising others to create accounts that will not be genuinely used.
• Automated sign-ups, bots, emulators, or disposable-address services.
• Distributing your link as spam, or through paid search on our brand name.
• Presenting the programme as an income opportunity, or implying it is endorsed or operated by anyone other than Deutschtec.
• Using a referral code that impersonates Deutschtec, our staff, or support.

8. Reversal and suspension

If a qualifying purchase is refunded or charged back, or if we find that a referral was not genuine, we may reverse the corresponding reward. A reversal is recorded as a separate correcting entry; the original entry is never deleted or altered. We may suspend or remove a referral code, withhold rewards, or exclude an account from the programme where these terms are breached.

9. Influencers, partners and campaigns

Commercial arrangements with influencers, affiliates, agencies and partners are governed by a separate written agreement and are not part of these terms. Such partners are compensated only for conversions arising from their own referrals. Campaign codes that are not assigned to a verified account give the invited person their credits but accrue no reward to anyone.

10. Changes and ending the programme

We may change these terms or end the programme at any time, with effect for the future. Credits already granted are unaffected. The current version is always available on this page.
