We aim to reply to e-mail within 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding German public holidays). Telephone enquiries reach our office during normal German business hours.
Please include the e-mail address on your account, and — if your question is about a specific answer — roughly when you asked it. That is usually enough for us to find the request in our logs without you sending anything sensitive.
Support inside the app
If you are signed in, the quickest route is Settings → Legal & Support → Contact & Support. That opens a support thread attached to your account, so we can see which plan you are on and, if you choose to link it, the conversation you are asking about. You can attach screenshots there too.
You do not need an account to e-mail us.
Billing, subscriptions and refunds
Where you bought your subscription or credits decides who handles cancellation and refunds:
- Bought in the iOS app — billed by Apple. Cancel in your App Store subscription settings; refunds are requested from and decided by Apple.
- Bought in the Android app — billed by Google Play. Cancel and request refunds through Google Play.
- Bought on our website — billed by us via Stripe. Cancel any time from the billing portal in the app, and write to us for anything else.

Your account and your data
You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings → Delete account in the app. What that removes, and what we are required to keep, is set out on the account deletion page. For any other request about your personal data — access, correction, export or objection — write to info@deutschtec.ai; see our Privacy Policy.
Reporting a problem with an answer
Deutschtec puts your question to several independent AI models and has a separate model write the consensus. Models can agree and still be wrong, particularly on recent events or specialised topics — the consensus score measures agreement, not truth. If an answer looks wrong or harmful, tell us: use the in-app report button on the answer, or e-mail us with the approximate time you asked. Deutschtec does not provide medical, legal or financial advice.
